Why charge charities at all?
Operating the platform, on-chain anchoring fees, and infrastructure all cost real money. The subscription keeps Charity-IQ sustainable without taking a cut of donations.
What happens to my campaigns if I downgrade?
Published campaigns stay accessible permanently. You won't be able to create new campaigns until your active campaigns are under the Free limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime via the billing portal. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
Do you take a cut of donations?
No. 100% of donations go directly to the charity via Zain Cash. The platform fee is the subscription only.
Are there any other fees?
No. Zain Cash's standard merchant fees apply per their terms (their fees, not ours).
